Last weekend we went down to Illinois to see my family and participate in the annual Mid American Canoe Race. Fun stuff 🙂 Sooo since I tend to find any excuse to try to new recipes I made these smore’s cupcakes and brought then down to share. They were pretty tasty!! Summertime is perfect for any smore’s themed desserts. Yum yum yum.
